Summer Sublease on the Hill in Boulder, Colorado

I am subletting 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house on the hill. This is the largest room with a walk-in closet for $600/month, I will pay all utilities. Garden level unit so it will stay very cool in the summer!
You will be living with two other girls, very clean and easy to live with. The unit comes equipped with a dishwasher and W/D. I am looking for someone the end of May - beginning of August, but can be very flexible on the days.
